What happens if I can't make payment on time?

Talk to us! We will work with you to find the best way for you to make your payment. It may be possible to change instalment plans or change you your tenancy agreement to adapt to your requirements. Please contact the customer engagement team on enquiries@vivoresidential.com for more information.

Can I leave early and get the remainder of my license fee back?

Unfortunately, you are committed under the license period to pay the full fee. We may have a waiting list of people that would like to take over you're booking which would then relinquish you from your contract. We cannot refund your license fee until a replacement is found to take over your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking after 48 hours since you signed your agreement has passed, you will need to find your own replacement tenant.

Please contact the customer engagement team on enquiries@vivoresidential.com to discuss any cancellations - state your name and room number on the email.

Can I move in early?

In most cases – Yes! This is dependent on whether the room you have booked is available and will be subject to an additional cost. To check availability and arrange an early move in please contact the customer engagement team on enquiries@vivoresidential.com.

Can I view the accommodation?

Absolutely – the best way to see what we’re all about is to come down and see for yourself. Not only can we do in-person viewings, but if your overseas we can also host remote viewings. Please get in touch with us at enquiries@vivoresidential.com so we can get your viewing booked in ASAP!

When is your show apartment open?

We are very flexible with viewings and will allow customers to tour our residences at any hour of the day, seven days a week. If you would like to view the room and communal spaces at any of our developments please contact us at enquiries@vivoresidential.com.

Do you allow couples to stay/visit?

We love having couples live in our accommodation and ideal if you want to share the Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement fees with someone else. There is a 10% price increase to cover the additional usage of electricity and water, internet and wear and tear to the accommodation and communal spaces. The Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement will remain the same for two people sharing a room.

Do I have to share kitchen/bathroom in a studios?

Not at all! All our self-contained studios have an en-suite bathroom and kitchen area within the apartment. There is a communal student area outside of your studio that has individual and group study spaces, pool tables, gym facilities and relaxation and social zones for you to enjoy whenever you need a break from university work!
