Unfortunately, you are committed under the license period to pay the full fee. We may have a waiting list of people that would like to take over you're booking which would then relinquish you from your contract. We cannot refund your license fee until a replacement is found to take over your booking.
To cancel your booking after 48 hours since you signed your agreement, please contact the customer engagement team on enquiries@vivoresidential.com to discuss any cancellations - state your name and room number on the email.
In most cases – Yes! This is dependent on whether the room you have booked is available and will be subject to an additional cost. To check availability and arrange an early move in please contact the customer engagement team on enquiries@vivoresidential.com.
Absolutely – the best way to see what we’re all about is to come down and see for yourself. Not only can we do in-person viewings, but if your overseas we can also host remote viewings. Please get in touch with us at enquiries@vivoresidential.com so we can get your viewing booked in ASAP!
We can arrange viewings that suit your schedule as some of our buildings offer 24hr staff for this purpose. If you would like to view a room and any communal spaces at any of our developments please contact us at enquiries@vivoresidential.com.
We love having couples live in our accommodation and it's ideal if you want to share the Tenancy fees with someone else. There is a 10% price increase to cover the additional usage of electricity and water, internet and wear and tear to the accommodation and communal spaces. The Tenancy Agreement will remain the same for two people sharing a room.

Not at all! All our self-contained studios have an en-suite bathroom and kitchen area within the apartment. There is a communal student area outside of your studio that has individual and group study spaces, pool tables, gym facilities and relaxation and social zones for you to enjoy whenever you need a break from university work!
