No. As per UK Legislation it is against the law to smoke indoors. Also, per your agreement, it is not permitted to smoke inside any Vivo building. There are designated smoking areas at each of the developments which you are welcome to use.
We have bike storage spaces at all of our residence so please feel free to bring it with you!
All our developments have public car parks located close by.
All our developments are in fantastic city centre locations that are close to the university and have great links to public transport. We also have to consider the impact on the environment when building our developments and because of this, the great location and the links to transport, only some of our accommodation offer parking at an extra cost, on a first come first served basis. All our residences have an on-site laundry room with washing and drying machines where you’ll simply pay ad hoc for any washing or drying you need. The laundry rooms are open 24 hours a day. (They get busy on a weekend!)
Detergent is not provided as standard but, in some residences, we do have detergent available to purchase. You will be able to speak to your residence team when you move in to understand if detergent is required.
